Camera Happy

I have rediscovered my camera and learned that I like to take pictures of things that don't move. As much as I love my kids, they are very hard to photograph. Here are a few of my favorites.

Our eggs make me happy.

A half-eaten brownie.

A rare clear shot of Toby. He looks so serious!

Nathan says my favorite pictures are the weirdest ones. This is one of my very favorites of Lydia and I'm not really sure why.

This picture captures Isaiah pretty well and it makes me laugh.

These last two pictures are from a couple months ago. I haven't caught them still since!

Hey I wanted to get back to you on the cider and milk. I know we don't have enough cider but we may be able to work something out with the "pet food." Also, do you have spare eggs? All of our layers have been killed of and we only get about 2 eggs a day, if that. I can't stand store bough eggs, especially with my pregnant gag reflux in full swing, if ya know what I mean. lol. Let me know and I will do the same once Josh figures out the pet food. I love your photos! I love taking pictures too, I have a new one coming in the mail this week! I can't wait!

We are getting aobout 4-5 eggs a day. We have about 18 in the fridge all the time since that one day we got 11. 11 in one day! I'll talk to Nathan and see how many he would be willing to part with. It will depend, too, on how much production slows down with the shorter days, but I'll let you know. Maybe we could give you some eggs for a reduced pet food price or some such negotiation:) We are really hoping to like the pet food as the last time we had some we really didn't care for it too much. We got it in Ohio when we were at camp and it just didn't taste great. But the milk Natasha had when she was in KY was good, so I'm sure we will probably like it. Or make ourselves get used to it!

Oh man I love the green eggs! And I also love the Lydia picture. :) Such blue eyes, such a grumpy face! So sweet. It was good talking to you today!! Right after we got off the phone I checked the mail and there was my new issue of "countryside and small stock journal". And guess what the featured article was? It's all about living in "intentional communities"!! Isn't that cool? I haven't read it yet, but I'm about to go do that now while I pump.

Ooh, save that article for me. I want to read it too! And I love my eggs (and my babies!) too!
