It was a good sketch week with lots of inspiration and encouragement. I'm excited to fill up a sketchbook for the first time. I'm still probably a few weeks away from that, but, trust me, I'll let you know when it happens!
If you have any craftiness or sketches, leave a link in the comments!

those are beautiful :)
and Aimee, thank you so much for praying for my Dad, that is so kind of you and it means a lot.
Thanks so much for visiting my blog and for your kind comments! Your paintings are lovely, I especially like the one of the cookie recipe!
So sorry, it's me again! By amazing coincidence, I just saw a post about They Draw & Cook on one of the blogs I follow. It's a website were artists publish illustrated recipes, and it reminded me of your cookie painting!

@ eva, thank you. I love that prayer is something you can do for anyone, anywhere. I'm so grateful that God will listen and that He is good.
@ annika, thanks for stopping by and thanks for the link! I think I might actually try to submit something sometime:)
Hi Aimee, I am an art newbie - well, a year. I recently did a course and put the photos of what I did on flickr. Here they are.

I like your sketchbook items, they have a lovely style to them.
@ maureen, are you amelia on flicker? when I went to that link that is what it said, so I will assume its you! The paper mosaic is lovely and the chicken ballerina was cool. I liked the way you mixed your media:)
